We use Paypal as our preferred method of payment (primarily because they are secure, easy and fast). You do not need a Paypal account to use this service - you can simply use any credit card and they will process the sale for you.  As we reside in New York we are required to charge sale tax 7.375% to any sales shipped to New York.  We will ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment...that's not to say we won't ship sooner!

Absolutely, if you are interested in custom orders (i.e., custom packaging - baby items with baby name on labels, gift wrap, custom scents, etc) please feel free to contact us.  We love to work with our clients.

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days.  Many orders ship on the same day.  

For orders over $100, shipping is complimentary.

Our default shipping carrier is the UPS, unless otherwise requested.  If you need something to be shipped via another carrier or expedited please feel free to let us know via email or call us directly and we will make all efforts to ensure your product arrives as per your request.

We will send you an email confirmation (product, price and shipping method) once PayPal notifies us of your purchase.

Recycling is a part of all aspects of production and post-consumer products are used as much as possible for shipping.

Here's a list of some of the features our site offers to help you better understand how to use your time here.

• First thing's first, how to contact us, well there must be a million ways! First I'd like you to notice the green tab on the right side of your screen labeled "Feedback". Clicking that tab will launch a little window allowing you to leave a comment, idea, problem, or just a compliment! This tab is basically like our customer service portal. So if you have anything to contribute in any way, please feel free to leave use a message using the tab, and you'll be notified when we get back to you.

• The next feature is our "Contact" menu at the top. There you'll find an old fashion contact form to ask us just about anything! So please feel free to use it. If you've worked with us or purchased a product, please feel free to let everyone know how your experience was. We want to give everyone an opportunity to have themselves heard.

• Also under the "About" menu you'll find our FAQ page. This is probably the most important page on this site. So many questions have already been answered on this page, so please check it before contacting us!

• Next is our commenting system. You can comment on any article on our site! The second you do it we'll know and be able to get back to you (told you we have a million ways to be contacted)! It gets better though, as you can log into our site using your Facebook or Twitter account. So if you'd rather not create or don't have a Disqus account, just press the "fConnect" or "Twitter" buttons on the comment form. But please note, logging in to your Facebook or Twitter account does not create an account on our site for purchasing items. You must register for an account with us to be able to use our store.

• Finally, using our store. Please note that we ship to the USA only, and currently accept PayPal for payment (you do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase however). Also note that we use SSL 128bit security on our site. What that means is our site is security locked, and your information is safe here. Store purchases are totally secure.
