Calendula Oil and Organic Calendula Extract (Calendula officinalis) – Widely known for its skin healing properties. Topical application of Calendula has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Also used for frostbite, burns and poorly healing skin wounds.

Organic Apricot Kernel Oil - Soothe dry and irritated skin with this anti-inflammatory botanical. High vitamin E content penetrates and softens the skin without leaving an oily feel. Aids in the reduction of eczema and dermatitis.

Organic Arrowroot (Maranta arundincea) – Commonly used as a nutritive for infants and the convalesce; the root starch is topically used for its soothing nature. It is considered a natural substitute to talc. Cosmetically arrowroot is used to help moisturizers penetrate the skin.

Organic Avocado Oil (Persea americana) – A rich emollient believed to improve rough dry skin.

Organic Beeswax (Cosmetic Grade) – A natural wax produced in the bee hive of honey bees. Used as an emulsifier in many cosmetic products.

Organic Cane Sugar (Culinary Grade) – A natural exfoliate.

Organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – Bring peace and patience to your mind and body through the most natural ingredients. Use this multipurpose botanical to treat skin disorders, sunburns, and eye problems. Wonderful for soothing the over-energized, anxious, and/or exhausted child. Used externally for contusions and other inflammation.

Organic Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera) – Lathers easily, acts as a fine skin cleanser and has a long shelf life. In other cultures the oil of coconut palm has been used for poorly healing wounds and skin infections.

Organic Grape Seed Oil – A vegetable oil pressed from the seeds of grapes. Commonly used for hair products, hand creams and massage oils.

Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil (Citrus paradisi) – Fresh citrus aroma, considered uplifting. It is also believed to be useful for cleansing oily skin and helping with acne due to its astringent nature.

Organic Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) Considered to be powerful Antioxident. Also known for its antiseptic properties, so can be used to treat minor cuts and rashes, and is surprisingly effective when applied to spots and blemishes

Organic Jojoba Oil (Buxus chinensis) - A stable carrier (substance) for oxidation sensitive substances. A liquid wax primarily used as a skin lubricant.

Organic Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia) – This organic ingredient works to nautrally relieve stress and improve overall health. Topical uses include skin care for dry and acne prone skin, bug repellant and anti inflammation. Eliminate tension, muscle cramp, nausea, and sluggishness- all with a simple application.

Organic Lemon Balm Essential Oil (Melissa officinalis) The essential oil is used in aromatherapy for depression, melancholy, and nervous tension. Externally in salve, it has been effective in relieving symptoms of sores, and painful swellings. An excellent skin cleanser and bug repellant.

Organic Lemon Grass Essential Oil (Cymbogon schoenanthus) – Externally used for rheumatic pains, sprains, and as a mild astringent.

Organic Mango Butter (Mangifera indica) – A natural emollient (with healing an d regenerative properties. A good source of essential fatty acids that reportedly helps wound healing and protective against the suns UV rays.

Organic Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus) – Sweet almonds are known to have a demulcent effect used topically in skin care.

Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) Used as a germicide in cosmetics, easily penetrates skin and known to accelerate the healing of skin disorders. Considered antimicrobial and possibly anti-viral

Vitamin E - Commonly used as an antioxidant in skin care products, protecting skin from UV rays, pollution, and cell damaging free radicals.

Organic Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (Cananga odorata) – Used for its highly aromatic properties. In aromatherapy, ylang ylang evokes feelings of deep, relaxed calm that can melt away anxiety, tension and stress.
